support us

part of choir walking

Whitehall Choir is a registered charity and relies largely on subscriptions paid by members and also donations from our loyal supporters. The Choir aims to use central London venues, fantastic young soloists and professional orchestras. All of this promotes excellent concerts, but also raises our costs and that is where you come in!

There are a number of ways that you can help support the choir and safeguard its future activities.

  1. Make a donation or leave a legacy in your will
  2. Join the Friends/Patrons scheme
  3. Sponsor the Choir
  4. Volunteer to help the Choir

1. Make a donation or leave a legacy in your will

The Choir is always grateful to receive donations towards our running costs. If you would like to send us a donation, please contact us at Don’t forget to mention if you are a taxpayer as, through the Gift Aid scheme, this makes your donation worth another 25% to us. For further details on charitable legacies please download our legacy leaflet.

2. Join the friends/patrons scheme

Friends and Patrons of the Choir are a vital part of our future. They help fund not only our regular concerts but also additional activities such as workshops, sing-through days, and tours. For further information, download the Friends/Patrons leaflet and the form to join the schemes. Alternatively please contact us at

3. Sponsor the choir

The Choir is always eager to follow up potential leads for corporate sponsorship. We rehearse and perform in the Westminster area of central London and are ideally placed to promote businesses in that area via our flyer advertising and concert programmes. To discuss sponsorship plans, please contact

4. Volunteer to help the choir

The Choir is always very grateful for any offers of help at its events. If you would like to volunteer to help with flyer distribution, refreshments, ushering etc. we would love to hear from you. These roles do not involve a major time commitment and volunteers are particularly helpful to us. Please contact for further details.
